Collections and Exhibitions

Series I: Collections and Exhibitions, 2000-2010 includes records regarding exhibitions and collections owned by the Indianapolis Museum of Art. The records contain lists of items within the collections, correspondence about the collections, and information about the collections within the institution. This also includes executed exhibitions, ideas, schedules, and rejected exhibitions. Some of these records include policies and plans developed prior to Anderson’s directorship but were still in effect or being revised when he took over.
