Minutes and Reports

Series 3: Minutes and Reports, 1958-2007, undated [RESTRICTED], contains meeting minutes from executive board meetings, various committees, affiliate group meetings, general meetings, end of year reports, agendas, and communications. Most of the minutes are housed in binders. Interior plastic binder pouches may hold minutes from several meetings, along with other materials, such as amended minutes from past meetings, committee reports, event reminders, invites, newsletters, operating account information, etc. The minutes are arranged chronologically. This series is housed in 3 boxes and 14 binders.
